All the cigar box guitars I sell are covered by a 10 day MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. If the item is damaged in transit or faulty in construction or not as described, return it to me (in the original packing if possible) in the condition you received it and I'll refund your money.

If the item is damaged when your receive it, I'll pay your return shipping costs. If you return it through no fault of mine, you're responsible for return shipping. Items that have been abused and/or mis-used are not covered and cannot be returned under the terms of this agreement. Your complete satisfaction is important to me. NOTE: All Mississippi Mud Box guitars are handmade works of art, crafted from old wood cigar boxes, and as such they are not intended to be professional model factory finished instruments. Some roughness and a homemade look is the very point of a cigar box guitar! Any irregularities in the finish and/or artwork will NOT affect the playability and only adds to the charm of these one-of-a-kind instruments.
